12		Viện Quy hoạch và Thiết kế Đô thị Đồng Tế Thượng Hải (TJUPDI)	Nghiên cứu chung: Thành lập "Phòng thí nghiệm chung Đô thị thông minh Trung - Việt" để nghiên cứu về Digital Twin Cities và cùng nộp đơn xin tài trợ quốc tế. Đào tạo: Cùng phát triển chương trình "Khoa học Dữ liệu cho Phát triển Đô thị Thông minh" của HUCE, bao gồm thiết kế giáo trình, đồng giảng dạy và trao đổi sinh viên, giảng viên. Hỗ trợ địa phương: Phát triển các mô hình quản trị số thí điểm, phù hợp với hệ thống quản lý của Việt Nam, dựa trên kinh nghiệm từ Trung Quốc.
