Hoạt động khảo thí của Khoa được tổ chức theo các nguyên tắc công bằng, minh bạch, khách quan và phù hợp với chuẩn đầu ra, đồng thời phản ánh đặc thù của lĩnh vực kiến trúc và quy hoạch.

Assessment and examination activities are conducted based on the principles of fairness, transparency, objectivity, and alignment with learning outcomes, while reflecting the specific characteristics of architecture and planning disciplines.

Hệ thống đánh giá được thiết kế đa dạng, kết hợp giữa đánh giá quá trình và đánh giá tổng kết, bao gồm:

The assessment system is diverse and integrates both formative and summative approaches, including:

• Thi viết và kiểm tra định kỳ
  Written examinations and periodic tests

• Bài tập lớn và thuyết trình
  Assignments and presentations

• Đồ án môn học (studio-based learning)
  Studio-based projects

• Đồ án tốt nghiệp
  Graduation thesis/project

Đối với các học phần đồ án, việc đánh giá được thực hiện thông qua hội đồng chấm (jury-based assessment) với sự tham gia của nhiều giảng viên và chuyên gia nhằm đảm bảo tính khách quan và toàn diện.

For studio-based courses, assessment is conducted through jury-based evaluation panels involving multiple academic staff and, where appropriate, external experts, ensuring objectivity and comprehensive evaluation.

Các tiêu chí đánh giá (rubrics) được xây dựng rõ ràng, công bố trước cho người học và đảm bảo liên kết chặt chẽ với chuẩn đầu ra học phần. Quy trình tổ chức thi, chấm thi và công bố kết quả được thực hiện nghiêm túc và thống nhất.

Assessment criteria (rubrics) are clearly defined, communicated in advance to students, and closely aligned with course learning outcomes. Examination procedures, grading, and result dissemination are conducted in a consistent and controlled manner.
